I would quite like to start a food blog or something. I rather like cooking and trying new things out, even more now that I actually eat vegetables!
I just think I’m a bit too lazy to bother updating it regularly, or imaginative enough to think up new recipes. I never really have too much time to cook when I get home from work anyway, so things are usually quite fast.
Like tonight; I’d seen a recipe for carbonara the other week and bought the bacon, cream etc ready for it and decided tonight was the night. I made it for me and Paul and he said he really liked it (yay) and that he doesn’t really like carbonara at all (if I’d know this before hand I wouldn’t have even bothered making it). So I was really pleased that he did like it.
I like cooking, and before I really had any interest in it I thought it was weird that people loved cooking and preferred other people liking the food to actually eating it themselves. I kind of get that now; I like people to enjoy what I cook and as long as I try a spoonful I’m not really bothered about eating my share…unless it’s my brownies!!
So yeah, I’m debating a food blog but factoring in my laziness…unlikely. But I’m still gonna keep on cooking fo’ sho’.
Now time for a brew.
